Telephonic round followed by an assignment. Content was intellectually challenging to elicit various aspects of candidates' capability. Overall the process was robust and well managed. For assignment, timeline was allocated to submit the output which is a good approach.

HR just want to find out any problem in life or career so that they can negotiate the salary. No technically hard questions, and the technical assignment was only namesake.
