Very straight forward and simple process. The only drawback is in how Smart & Final conducts their orientation scheduling which was the longest part of the entire hiring process. My orientation date was a wait of a little over two weeks.

Interview
Pretty easy interview process. I didn't really get asked too many questions and I got the job on the spot. I was asked if I could work weekends and holidays and if you say yes you're pretty much in there like swim wear.
