Initial phone screen with outside recruiter. Next had a phone Interview with the Sales guy for my division. It was ok and he was a nice guy. It has now been over three weeks and nobody will respond and I have been ghosted. That's ok....this was a practice interview for me anyways and I didn't have a genuine interest in the company. If I did though, would not take the role if they are going to be like this.
