I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slyce (Sydney, NS) in Apr 2014
Interview
Like the rest of the company, it was vague. Questions were almost too personal; borderline illegal.
Asking personal questions like "What are you like when you're stressed out" is an awkward question, anyone with a mental disorder can have a myriad of things going through their head when under stress, and this question is somewhat loaded.
Very manipulative. There were others, but that is the one I remember most.

Question 1
"What stresses you out?"
"What do you do when you're under stress?"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Slyce (New Waterford, NS) in Oct 2014
Interview
Vague, but understandable as there is operational secrecy. I met 1 on 1 with a representative in a boardroom and asked about my past job experience and what I was looking for in a carer. We talked about what the company does and how it functions and if it matched my experience and interests.
