I first reached out to the HR department to discuss the application process and gather information about the role. After our initial conversation, I proceeded to complete an assessment, which comprised four to five distinct themes related to the position. This assessment allowed me to showcase my skills and understanding of the key responsibilities. Once I finished the assessment, I participated in a final meeting at the office where I had the opportunity to engage in further discussions about my qualifications and how I could contribute to the organization. Overall, the experience was thorough and provided me with valuable insights into the company culture and expectations.
