It was very grilling - the partner interview is meant to be quite provocative. They mention in the beginning that they are trying to get under your skin to see how you respond to difficult questions.

It was very conversational, focusing on discussing your CV (They can ask about anything from your CV like GCSE grades) and commercial questions (based on the article and more general ones).

Case study, and partner interview - assessment day broken into two parts. Case study involved reading and answering questions in tight time frame. Partner interview involved asking questions directly about your CV and personal experience. Last part involved answering questions on the case study.
