The interview process was very clear, questions were honest but gave space for genuine responses. All stages were handled/processed smoothly and I never felt "out of the loop". They called me to let me know I did not receive an offer (unfortunately pretty uncommon for a lot of media companies, I definitely give them credit for this!).
