Submitted Loom video, got interview request. Completed first interview and got no feedback after over a week of requesting an update. Sent a message to another hiring manager to finally get a response from the interviewer I connected with. Wasted candidates time

Very unprofessional. I was reached out to by a member of the team to submit a video describing myself within a short time frame. I complied and got them the video. It was never viewed and I was ghosted for two weeks before being given a copy paste rejection.
