I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2015
Interview
I had gotten to know the recruiting staff after introductions from a friend. We kept in touch monthly just to introduce me to others at Slalom, as I wasn't quite ready to leave my previous company. Those were really the interviews, in my mind. It was all about me being curious about Slalom and asking questions, and vice-versa. It felt more like a discussion, rather than being grilled with canned questions.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
