4-5 rounds with multiple leads within the Organizational Effectiveness workstream. The process seemed ad-hoc and there were signs of lack of planning by HR. I received positive feedback for an offer but was informed that my offer was on hold due to lack of projects.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
