Applied on my university's career website. Met a recruiter via Teams, we hit it off and she told me I could do a first round interview the next day with recruiters on my campus. I accept and I go in the interview. Worst one I've had in a minute. One of them was extremely rude, criticized me for not doing an internship prior to my graduation, and interrupted me several times. After that interview I was asked to meet again with the first recruiter on Teams. 30 minutes of chatting interview style just to find out I didn't get the job. Company seems cool but lots of flaws in their interviewing style and attitude.
Straight forward - no major challenging questions. Behavioral mostly for the associate level, mine consisted of a 30 min call with manager and it was 20 minutes of regular chat
