One of the best interview process I have been to, I was referred by my previous company colleague, I got a call from HR, and then tech phone interview to Regional practice director, which was followed another interview with Managing Director... very pleasant experience talking to them...
Then I was flyed out to Seattle office to meet 3 people they were from different group, but wanted to see if I am culture fit, they were very curious to hear what I have to say, and very engaged while taking interview, Interview question were technical and case study based, I really enjoyed my conversation...
Finally offer came through after week or so, so over 4 week from start of conversation to getting an offer

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
