Slalom approached the interview process as a series of conversations. Some interviews were 1-on-1, while others were in a group. I could tell certain people were interested to learn about certain things, but it never felt like I was being grilled, and the group interviews never felt like a panel. Everyone wanted to ensure that Slalom was as good a fit for me as I was for them.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Interview process was very conversational and cordial. I loved the conversations I had during the process as it touched a wide variety of topics from core competency to passions to professional aspirations and a very open and honest view of Slalom as an organization and expectations from my role if I were to join. I met with a good cross section of the folks that I would be interacting with in my role in addition to folks who would be my peers and had recently joined Slalom and could provide a view into their journey from the time they joined and what to expect.

Interview
Networked into Talent Aquisition, sent in CV and had a phone interview. Than asked to visit office and talk with Talent Aquisition Lead on a Thursday. 1 hour discussion ended up lasting 2 hours. Very open 2 way discussion. Talent Aquisition Lead said he would take my info to GM and Leadership Team . Got answer back on Monday they would keep me in pipeline, but at time did not have role at PAD level. To reconnect with Talent Aquisition Lead in one month
