I applied through a recruiter. The process took 11 months. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
For me the interview process didn't feel like an actual interview at all. It was very enjoyable and felt more like an open dialog between me and various employees from Slalom, that enable me to understand their culture, values, type of work, etc. , as well as gave me an opportunity to share my experiences, preferences, career/personal aspirations to determine whether the role was a good fit for me.

Question 1
For the most part they asked about my prior experiences, background, skills-set, and career aspirations. Also, gave a couple of scenarios for me to assess and propose potential strategies/solutions.
We always hope to give candidates an experience that feels like a mutual dialog vs. a one-way interrogation... happy to see this was in fact the case for you! Thank you for your commitment to the process and consideration of Slalom; congratulations on your offer and decision to join!
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
