Interview
Well structured, guided process! Clear steps along the way, no confusion, and very well organized in general.
Individuals with the appropriate background and skillsets were introduced as part of the process and it resulted it strong connections and meaningful conversation.
A first screening conversation with the interviewing in charge of your case, followed by a one-on-one phone conversation with an individual with similar background from the same practice area.
Final round consisted of a set of interviews in person, in the local office with practice area leadership as well as the GM/MD of the office. Logistics, negotiations, and other other discussions followed.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
