I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. The process focuses on having you get to know the company and allows the interviewee to have the opportunity to speak to different people to get a sense of the work and peoples' experience. The interviews itself are very conversational and are an opportunity for individuals at Slalom to get to know you and for you to get to know the company and determine if there is a fit.
Thank you for sharing a review of your experience interviewing with Slalom. Our goal is for the interview be mutual, and give our candidates as much of a chance to learn about our people and culture as the work they'd be doing and skills needed to do it. We're pleased to hear this was the case for you - congratulations on the offer and decision to join!
