First round: virtual chat with HR and the automation team manager, basic conversation of background/previous projects/experiences with PLC, industrial robot etc.
Second round: inperson with HR and the automation team manager, covering topics similar to first round but more indepth.

1. Received a phone call from HR to schedule an Online interview
2. The online interview was technical but with relevant questions that anyone fit for the position would definitely know how to answer.
3. Received an email for technical problems to solve within a 1-2 days and was invited for an in-person interview. Had to deliver the solutions before the interview.
3. Had the in-person interview. The interviewers were friendly and asked technical questions and went over my CV and asked questions about previous experiences.
4. Received a job offer with a salary slightly more than what I asked for.

Al principio fue de manera remota por video llamada, lo cual es muy practico, pero en ocasiones complejo por el tema de lenguajes y acentos. Despues la segunda interaccion fue una visita presencial en sitio la cual se desarrollo mucho mejor.
