2 interviews and case. One with the HR and team leader and one with the company owners. A case will have to be answered where you are requested to show how you would deal with a typical client dispute.

Interview
I had two interviews with this company.
The first one was a phone call with the teamleader. It was an easy conversation about me and what I am currently doing.
The second interview was with the same person, and another colleague. They had many questions about my motivation and if I have experience with finding colder leads. They gave me the feedback right after our conversation, and I really appreciated it. They told me they will be in touch soon.
Sadly, I have never heard back from them and never got an official message that I was not selected.
