I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Boise, ID) in Sept 2015
Interview
My experience was about the same as the others mentioned. Prepare your one minute presentation ahead of time. The SkyWest employees were friendly, funny and informative.
As for attire, I did see some ladies dress in their club-going, Lady Gaga outfits and two of them made it to the F2F part so I'm not sure what was going on there. They seemed less professional and I was surprised by that.
I did notice that the people who made it to the F2F part were all skinny and attractive. There must be something to that even though some of the current interviewers were of average/overweight body types themselves.

Question 1
If a passenger had their cat out (emotional support pet) but you needed them to put the cat back in the bag, what would you do? <--- weird, right??
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
