Interview
SkyWest Airlines held a hiring event in Tampa, Florida. We gathered in a conference room and were briefed on what the interview process would be like and what life as a flight attendant looks like. We were then able to mingle in smaller groups. Lastly we got the opportunity for a one in one interview that lasted roughly ten minutes. We were informed of the hiring decision by email a few weeks later.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
