I applied online and they give you a options to what recruiting state dates you can attend. Brought my resume. We meet at a hotel where there was two ladies that greeted Jill and Diana(very kind), they take your resume and measure your height and offer water and wait inside room with rest participants. Jill went over Skywest qualifications.

Question 1
We are called out by name stand up in front of group ,asked ..What would make you a great flight Attendant
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
