It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

I went to the open house and there were about 60 people in the room. When you first get there they have you take off your shoes so they can measure you to make sure you are at least 5 feet tall. Then you go into the room and they tell you about the company then you get to tell them why you would make a great FA? They are looking for a profesional look and a positive attitude.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
