There was initially a assessment online, followed by a telephone interview. After I was successful in this I was invited to a group interview in Livingston itself. Asking about customer service one to one with a recruiter and role play while there was other people on the group in the room as well.

Interview
The interview process went very smoothly, and I was impressed with how friendly and approachable the hiring manager was. The questions were reasonable and not too difficult, which helped me feel more at ease. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience that left a good impression on me. I have no complaints and feel satisfied with how everything went.
