There was a screening call, then video conference interview with 3 people on their team. After I got invite to an office tour during their lunch hour. Really nice office but I saw some employees taking naps at their desks, so you can imagine long hours when working here,

Referral helped with landing interview, asked lots of high level concept questions about project you present with follow ups, expect to explain your project in depth and have different design decisions questioned. submitted an online application first before hand with a couple pages but a bit generic and can do resume autofill
