The interview took place with the assistant manager (who had zero say in whether I was hired or not) as the supervisor who scheduled the interview forgot about it and had an "appointment", the manager was absent also (common). The supervisor showed up late when I was on the way out, put me on the spot in the lab then told me that she needed someone with more experience. Unprofessional is an understatement. BEWARE.
