I interviewed at Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence (San Diego, CA)
Interview
2.5 hour interview. First part with the team I’d be working with, second part with the owner. Was very thorough but could have been more concise. Also have a tour of the office which is a very cool place right in the heart of La Jolla.

Interview
The company in itself seems like a great company, however, their interview process is informal and majorly unprofessional. The employee conducting the interview yawned consistently and rudely throughout the whole process. The atmosphere was far from welcoming or organized.

Interview
Phone screen for over 1 hour with hiring manager, came in for in-person interview that lasted about 2 hours. While it's an informal company, it was also an informal process and it didn't feel like they were prepared or even knew what to ask me. The process dragged out as we were interrupted by other coworkers wanting to stop in and chat.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They wanted to know about my work ethic/willingness to work long hours. It became apparent through the interview process and questions like this that there's an expectation employees stay sometimes very late to get the job done.
