Sixt Manager Trainee interview questions

Thank you for your review and congratulations on becoming a Management Trainee with Sixt. We do currently have an extensive interview process in place for trainees that requires critical thinking and behavioral questions. In additional, candidates that are selected for a second interview fly to our headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale if they are not local, so this is why the interview process may take longer than usual.
