Interview
In interviewed with the Owner and Account Director. After interviewing with them, I also spoke with the account team to get s feel for the media needs of the agency as a whole. This was a new role within the agency and they also needed to feel confident that moving Media in-house was the right thing to do.

Questions were all relevant to the position. Looking for my level of experience with various media types and how comfortable I am in strategizing, planning, negotiating, and even going to battle to make things right if they should go wrong.
