I heard about the company through my school's career development office. The position was a consulting role in engineering & manufacturing departments. Mt first interview was 1 on 1 type which focused more on background & resume checks. After the first round interview, we had to wait for about a month to hear the result. The 2nd round round was behavorial type interview with the Japanese rep. of the company. He was more interest about the cultural fit so questions focussed on my past cultural experiences & future expectations
