I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sincere (Framingham, MA) in Sept 2022
Interview
As the opportunity was for a contract and the interview was many years ago now, held virtually, the process was abbreviated from what it is today. I met with the CMO, COO, and CEO over the course of a few virtual interviews (this was during the pandemic years when return-to-office was not yet a thing.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They inquired about my typical process, experience, and approach to my work.
Long interview process including multiple rounds of virtual and in-person interviews and at-home assignments. Went into the office for in-person interview(s) and met consecutively with four different interviewers who asked essentially the same questions. This could have been structured differently for a better candidate experience.

The usual questions plus some stress-test questions like “what rattles you?”
Hello - thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. Our interview process is designed to be thorough and give both sides a well-rounded view of fit (and it’s outlined here: https://www.sincere.com/careers). We want those conversations to feel distinct and purposeful, not repetitive, and we’ll use this feedback to think about how we structure in-person conversations so the time is as efficient and engaging as possible.
We appreciate the time and effort you put into the process and wish you the very best in your career journey.
-Kevin in Recruiting
It was one the best interview talks I had with a recruiter in a while. He knew the company very well, made key questions and made me to wish to work for the company even more!
