Interview
There is a two-interview round process and human resources review first screening call. Both interviews are on site at wynn employment center and on the property, with a variety of people from talent acquisition, human resources, executives, and direct managers. Sometimes they do group interviews are well. Those are a bit more nerve-wracking but are far more personality based. The questions are more so situational than logistics for schedules.

Interview
Group interview with a bunch of front of house interviewees then a one on one with general manager at specific restaurant shortly after if you pass the group interview. Group interview is hosted by directors at the resort and hotel.
