I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Simpro (Miami, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
I recently interviewed for an Account Manager position at Simpro, and unfortunately, my experience with the recruiting process left me disappointed back on the week of 6/22.
After what I believed was a positive interview process, I received a follow-up call from the recruiter. During that conversation, the feedback was delivered in a way that made me feel as though I was being told I simply was not good enough for the company. While I completely understand that not every candidate will be selected, there is a significant difference between providing constructive, respectful feedback and making a candidate feel devalued.
As someone with over a decade of professional recruiting experience, I appreciate honest communication and understand the importance of hiring standards. However, I also believe candidates deserve to be treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect throughout the process.
My experience did not reflect those values, and it left a negative impression of the company's recruitment approach. I hope Simpro reviews how feedback is communicated to candidates so that future applicants have a more positive and respectful experience.
