After handing in a resume I received a phone call to answer a few basic questions to confirm I was who my resume said I was and then asked to come in for an interview. The questions revolved around my experience with customers, dealing with difficult customers, my experience with technical issues, and management experience. I was asked to answer my questions with examples from past jobs listed on my resume.
