Interview
It was quite an interactive experience, it involved a group activity which was a good ice breaker, everyone was extremely friendly and came across really supportive, we then had an I.T test and a role play. The I.T was good, quite simple and everything was explained really well. The role play was actually quite fun and the interview was really good, the questions were very relevant and I didn’t feel pressured, I felt very comfortable with the interviewee, they really put me at ease. Overall it was a really good, fun experience

Interview
there were two stages to the interview. A 45 minute role play session, and then a further 45 mins competency questioning for part 2. It was a different experience, and the people who interviewed and done the role play were very friendly and put me at ease which got rid of the nerves.

i found the whole process quite open and comfortable I also enjoyed being able to be with other possible applicants as this allowed a time for us to show our communication skills in team settings also
