Interview
From the first day of interview to on person was almost 3 months. As a previous hiring manager, this is a risk for a company. On my last interview with the director of customer support, she was on her phone texting the entire time after being 10 minutes late. I mentioned their high turnover rate, and they said it was because of policy changes; i don’t think so. If they keep up with this another Simpler Bank will take over. In the end, I didn’t get the job because they saw me suited for a different manager position and told me they will get back to me but never followed through.
