It was two rounds- one on campus, one at the site. Pretty standard, pricing questions, all cases. I met with one guy who was a director at my career center, and 3 people there- a partner and 2 MDs
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was a case question about pricing, so yeah, study that. Know the pricing models, I didn't know it too well before my first interview, and it was difficult for me for that reason. Additionally, be prepared to think outside the box and actually utilize any economic background/understanding you have. I didn't know pricing strategy, but I used my Microecon knowledge to work through some of the details. It helps to read some consulting guides
I interviewed at Simon-Kucher (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
I had 3, 1-hour long interviews with different people. 2 with senior consultants and the last with a director. The first was more heavy on the social aspect, with a 30 min case. The others were much shorter on the behavioural side.
I applied online. I interviewed at Simon-Kucher (Milan)
Interview
Processo nel complesso abbastanza lineare, ho applicato tramite il portale poi mi hanno fatto fare un colloquio conoscitivo e 2 casi di market sizing abbastanza semplici (ci tengono tanto a vedere come ragioni)
Went straight into case study without any behavioral questions or discussion with the interviewer. Average interview/ difficulty but I was just not prepared for the layout since it was my first consulting interview.
