Interview process was very simple and straight forward. Asked if I had any prior serving or customer service experience. Proceeded to ask questions about my lifestyle and work ethics. Ended the interview by telling me that I got the job and what to expect.
Very short interview with FOH manager and discuss availability, work experience, and review your resume. If accepted, then you’re called back to meet the general manager. He will discuss company policy, standards, and business history as well as review your personality test results.
it is an easy interview process, be outgoing and be yourself, the managers are nice and welcoming, dress semi professionally, usually there is only one interview but could be two, you are likely to be hired
