Manager contacted me got my CV of Reed. Told me how great the job is and what they trying to do. I said I was interested but don't know if I can make it. Asked if they will do a zoom or teams interview which I was told no. Was pressured into taking a day off by telling me I'll miss out on this opportunity. Went and did the interview and felt it went well since the manager was giving me compliments (later I found out he says the same to everybody) manager made me feel comfortable but do not fall for this he is just looking for a vulnerability to capitalise on to make you feel wanted. Got the job on the day of the interview, which I thought was strange. If you join silk lettings bare in mind they will not hesitate to kick you to the curb.
