Interview process was a bit drawn out (over 4 weeks), seems disorganized and lacking consideration for applicants' time. Did not receive updates for weeks at a time, only to be requested for in person interviews, the next day.

Balance sheet vs income statement: which is better for judging the overall success of a business.
4-5 interviews, started with directors, moved on to associates, and ended with senior management. All chats were informative and a place to ask questions while getting a feel for the team.
