Interview had 3 stages. First interview was with an engineer and manager. There were some techincal questions about rendering and the graphics pipeline. Second interview was with department manager and mostly about my interests. Last interview was with department mangaer and CEO.

Open-ended question: How does a rendering pipeline work?
The interviewers were very unorganized and didn't come in prepare for the interview. They asked a lot of questions, however, they did not specify what exactly they were looking for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Silicon Studio (Tokyo)
Interview
Applied online, invited to interview by HR. Manager was very friendly, asking general questions about 3D graphics. Second interview with potential colleagues, they seemed very interested but HR sent rejection later.
