I was first approached by a headhunter for the position and gave a brief introduction via phone call. Afterwards, the interview process is 3 rounds: (1) Interview with the Regional Procurement Manager (the line manager of the position) (2) An SHL test and (3) A case study + presentation to the Regional Head of Procurement. I made it past the first 2 rounds before being informed that the company was not able to provide an EP, so I did not reach round 3.
