I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siirtec Nigi in May 2009
Interview
I contacted the company through a business partner of my father's. They asked for a CV, a reference and a cover letter. After submission, they replied within a week and flew me out to Milan for the interview. It was one to one, partly technical, partly competency. It also included a personal statement like question, ambitions and achievements.
