They call to your phone if you don’t respond the email in 5 min. Very uncomfortable. Just a call asking some generic tech questions that doesn’t define your hard skills. No tech interview. Just chat. They sell you a great opportunity and fair salary, saying that there are a lot of other applications. Then they just disappear and never answer you again, after saying that you are a great fit. The role wasn’t in the client’s page. Felt like farming CV.

All went fine, through phone calls. Susan was in constant contact with me. Screening on their side doesn't include technical interviews - those are done by clients. After getting an offer, their role is limited only to be a middle man.
