Signiant interview questions

Two interview rounds: first includes behavioral and technical, second is only technical. Asked how you’d handle an unfriendly customer—test of communication, patience, and conflict resolution skills. Didn't seem very organized.

Interview Process was straightforward and not drawn out. The interview team was comprised of relevant employees and was only a 3 step process and the questions gave a good feel for what the job would actually entail.
