First interview is with HR where they are feeling you out overall - pretty much seeing if you are good for the role and whether or not they would like to continue in the process. HR representative was really nice/helpful. Guided me through the process quite well. Interview process went downhill in the second half. Had interview with the person that would be a direct manager - got a vibe the entire interview that I would not be advanced from general demeanor. Still courteous to interviewer though -- never followed up and went dark. Unprofessional for a business.
