Interview
There were two phone interviews. The first was with a recruiter with the company. It was about basic information, experience and expectations. The second was with a manager at the company. We talked about the requirements of the job in more detail and about specific tools and experiences I was familiar with. Overall more of a relaxed interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sigma Technologies (Ohio) in Jan 2023
Interview
Weeks in between responses, but when speaking to the Operations Manager or Recruitment manager, they were laid back and easy to talk to and friendly. Consisted of an initial interview, personality/critical thinking test, then a second interview before offer consideration. At the time of this I have yet to hear back with an offer.
