Sift interview questions

Was very suttle and the technical team was very friendly and the interview was very smooth. Prepare basic level technical questions the interview is very fine to be proceed for long then there is very Average level questions

Interview process is long and involved. It is friendly, informative and well communicated. There were at least 6 interviews, sometimes with the same people, usually about 30-40 mins at length, including an "on-site" where a series of interviews throughout the entire day are conducted. A use case presentation was requested as part of the onsite. Staff was great, the experience can definitely be optimized, however.
