The interview consisted of three separate screenings. The first interview was with the sales manager, then the area manager, then the head of HR. All three interviews were pleasant and went very smoothly.

HR makes first contact, your direct manager or equal will have a 30 - 60 minute interview on a separate day. Stage three is a gauntlet where you will meet with Manager of HR, Director of Inside Sales and VP of Business Processes

All interviews are looking for fit, there is not a lot of opportunity to ask questions from you to them. There will some expectation to know what you know about their business. Reading the CEO letter to shareholders was very helpful in understanding their direction and history (if you go back a couple of years).
