Sierra-Cedar interview questions

*The interview process is very easy though it takes time to get your interview scheduled. *Interviewer's are very knowledgeable and but they don't ask questions related to your core skills, they will ask questions related to the position which they want to fill. *Once the interview is completed HR never gets back to you whether it's positive or negative. *Interviewees should reach out to HR to get feedback. *If it's positive they schedule another round and if it's negative they just say we will get back to you as we are still processing your feedback, not sure what they process here.

Total 5 rounds. Technical interview was of two rounds. One managerial rounds. One US dba TEAM round1 director casual talk. HR final negotiations and they took 2 weeks for offer letter to release.
