I got an offer via E-mail that Siemens would like to invite me for an interview. During the interview, I introduced myself and was asked several technical and interpersonal questions. The HR mostly told me a lot about the company and their responsibilities. I was also shown the lab room where the company tests equipment and experiments with them.

The HR interview was hard but ok, You first get a call to schedule a meeting and your department, then the HR meeting , then later they will call you to tell you if you passed to the technical or not

There was a panel consisting of your potential direct supervisor, their supervisors.
They asked simple background questions and if there was something on our resume they found interesting they asked us to elaborate on it.

Routine boilerplate questions. They were very polite and friendly.
